The technology "Heat pipe"
"Solar Home" present the vacuum tube solar collectors made by german technology and cover the European certificates for quality.
The main component of those solar collectors is the "heat pipe". In there are the process of condensation and vapour of the liquid. In the top of the solar collector is the copper header where the "heat pipe" absorb the temperature.
The "heat pipe" is made fro two concentric glass tubes and vacuum between them. The inside pipe is cover with selective film allow to absorb maximum of solar radiation and high effecticiency.
In the center is located a small copper pipe. There are process of vaporize and condenzation from there the temperature is transfered to the collector section ofd the top. The process is repeating over and over.
Advantages of the "heat pipe" technology:
- The solar collectors of this type absorb warm in to the system not only in direct sun shining, even in foggy weather with lower effecticiency.
- Starting the process of heat transfer only after 2 min. when exposure on the sun.
- Layer made from Al-N/Al absorb 94 % of solar radiation.
- Long live for the product. More than 20 years.
- Ecologically clear products. Work on temperatures higher than – 40 C
- The product is work under Ice storm with Ø 25 of the ball.
- The system is continue to work even if one or two broken pipes.
